Job Summary: As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across different departments. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.

• Collaborate with the HR team to support employee on-boarding and other HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Preferred: Experience working with an HR consultancy or recruitment agency is a significant advantage.
