HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization attracts and retains top talent across various levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and fit.

• Manage job postings and maintain relationships with various recruiting platforms and agencies.

• Screen resumes and applications, providing recommendations to hiring managers.

• Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a recruiter in an HR department or agency setting.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.

• Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects.

• Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
