Conduct new-employee orientations and the subsequent check-in’s
Coordinate and support training initiatives
Provide full life-cycle recruiting support across functions, business units, and geographies
Report on recruiting activities on a regular basis
Respond to inquiries regarding benefits and corporate policies in a professional and timely manner
Participates in events such as job fairs, college relations and community outreach, understands and applies knowledge of the Company's Affirmative Action Plan (AAP)
