About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent to fill various roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and position expectations.
Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards and social media platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and potential candidates.
Help with onboarding and administrative HR tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
