✅ Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for US clients
✅ Utilize job portals, databases, and social media to attract top talent
✅ Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications

✅ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
🔹 Requirements:
✔ 6 months+ experience in US staffing / international BPO calling
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Knowledge of healthcare industry hiring is a plus
