Job Description

Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

 Handle end to end recruitment cycle with recruiter’s team.
 Plan recruitment strategy & various sources of recruitment.
 Hands on experience in sourcing techniques on various Job boards, Social media, other sources.
 Experience on Lateral & bulk hiring techniques.
 Passionate to close number of joiner’s within TAT period.
 Maintain MIS report of HR team.
 Salary negotiation for selected candidates & decide date of joining.
 Any documentation work for new employees.
 Manage & organize events of festival or birthday celebrations.
 Work for any other task given by senior.
