HR Recruiter Internship for 6 Months ( Work From Home )

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and other platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Conduct background verification and reference checks.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates.

• Provide hiring reports and analytics to management.

• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
