Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain a database of candidates and follow up with them throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

• Meet recruitment targets within the defined timeline.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in recruitment (BPO/BFSI/Sales/Retail preferred).

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle bulk hiring and work under deadlines.

• Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, etc.).

• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

• Laptop & stable internet connection (for remote work).
