We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Draft and publish job postings across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company careers page).
Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate data is up to date.
Conduct reference checks and initiate background verification when required.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Promote the company’s employer brand through creative recruitment strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) is preferred.
Familiarity with ATS systems and resume databases.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
Experience recruiting for [tech roles/sales roles/startups/etc., customize based on need].
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and others.
