Job Description

Responsibilities:
•Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings.
•Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
•Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
•Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
•Meet weekly quotas related to number of selections

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
•Effective communication skills
•Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
•Recruitment, interviewing, and evaluation skills.
•Experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
•Working experience with different job portals, social media platforms & Microsoft Office suite.
•Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
•Ability to work independently and as a team player.
•Experience in the placement agency or recruitment industry either domestic or international is a plus.
•High-energy and passion.
