HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.

• Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role.

• Handle salary negotiations and ensure smooth offer rollouts.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Implement innovative hiring strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.

• Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements.

• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment (mention based on industry).

• Familiarity with employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
