Job Summary
As an HR Recruitment Specialist at JForce Solutions, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our IT roles. You will utilize various channels such as job portals, college recruitment drives, and consultancies to find the best candidates who align with our company culture and technical requirements. Your goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, providing a positive candidate experience and meeting our recruitment targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
- Utilize job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with college placement cells to facilitate campus recruitment drives.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultancies to source qualified candidates for specialized roles.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Candidate Screening and Selection
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
- Administer pre-employment tests and assessments as required.
3. Recruitment Process Management
- Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to HR Manager and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.
4. Employer Branding and Engagement
- Promote JForce Solutions as an employer of choice through various channels.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to attract top talent.
- Develop and distribute recruitment marketing materials (e.g., job advertisements, brochures).
- Engage with candidates on social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence.
5. Candidate Experience and Onboarding
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate promptly with candidates regarding their application status and feedback.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
6. Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, including interview notes and evaluation forms.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
