Key Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment: Actively participate in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.
2) Lineups: Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities for potential candidates.
3) Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
4) Feedback Information: Gather and provide feedback information to candidates and hiring managers post-interviews and assessments.
5) Offer Letter Preparation: Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts for selected candidates.
6) LinkedIn Profile Updates: Support new joiners in updating their LinkedIn profiles and ensure alignment with company branding.
7) ID Card and Visiting Card Arrangements: Coordinate the issuance of ID cards and visiting cards for employees.
8) Admin Support: Assist in various administrative tasks such as managing stationery inventory, coordinating printing jobs, and arranging for repairs and maintenance of office equipment, including AC units.
9) Cab Bookings: Facilitate cab bookings for employees as per their requirements.
10) Cab Booking Sheet Updates: Maintain and update the cab booking sheet with accurate information on employee transportation.
11) Event Support: Collaborate with the HR team in organizing and coordinating company events and activities.
12) Ad-hoc Requirements: Be ready to assist with any other HR or administrative tasks on a time-to-time basis as required.
