We are currently expanding our recruitment for delivery riders who will use electric scooters for services like Zepto, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, and more. We are looking for HR Recruiters to join us in this exciting process.Job Responsibilities:Field Recruitment: Source, interview, and recruit candidates for delivery rider positions for platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.Rider Recruitment: Manage the process of recruiting riders who will be provided electric 2-wheelers on rent.Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on their suitability for the delivery role.Ensure recruitment goals and targets are met for the specific locations.Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidates.Collaborate with local teams to meet hiring requirements.Client Handling: Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and oversee the hiring process.Desired Candidate Profile:Qualification: Graduate (Preferably in HR or related field)Experience: 1-3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in the field and conduct interviews outside of the office setting.Knowledge of the local area in Haridwar and Dehradun is a plus.Target-driven and ability to handle high-volume recruitment.Freelancers with recruitment experience or an interest in recruitment are also welcome to apply.Positions Available:Haridwar: 2 candidatesDehradun: 5 candidates
