Job Title: HR Field Recruiter - Blue Collar Hiring (Delivery Boys)

Job Summary: Unick Technologies is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Field Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar roles, specifically delivery boys. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the company's hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to source potential candidates through on-ground recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking.

• Develop relationships with local employment agencies, training centers, and community organizations for candidate sourcing.

• Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for delivery roles.

• Ensure completion of all required paperwork and onboarding formalities.

• Collaborate with the operations and HR teams to meet hiring targets within deadlines.

• Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in field recruitment, preferably in blue-collar hiring.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to travel extensively for recruitment purposes.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Skills:

• Strong networking and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good understanding of local labor markets and hiring trends.
