HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled engineers.

• Collaborate with engineering managers to understand job requirements and create tailored job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Negotiate job offers and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.

• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future roles.

• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of engineering roles and technical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
