Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

   • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

   • Assist in salary negotiations and offer rollouts.

4. Database Management & Reporting

   • Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate details.

   • Track and report hiring metrics and performance.

   • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of job openings.

5. Market Research & Networking

   • Stay updated with industry trends and hiring practices.

   • Build a strong professional network with candidates and employers.
