Job Responsibilities:

Handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Posting job vacancies on different job portals and social media platforms.

Conducting initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.

Coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

Ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Managing offer negotiations and joining formalities.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of various sourcing techniques (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

Ability to handle multiple job positions simultaneously.

Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
