Key Responsibilities:  Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings,sourcing candidates, and screening resumes.

 Conductinitial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

 Maintain and update candidate databases.

 Ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.

 Assist with onboarding and induction for new hires.

 Support HR in other administrative tasks as required.

 A fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

 Strong comunication
