We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with upto 2 years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines.
· Strategic Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
· Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates’ skills, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct HR interviews, assess cultural and role fit, and facilitate technical rounds with respective teams.
· Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
· Offer & Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate salary terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.
· Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases, track hiring metrics, and generate reports.
· Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and HR teams to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
· Compliance & Policies: Ensure hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
· Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
· Help manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
· Assist in the performance appraisal process.
· Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
· Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
