Job Description
- Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
- Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various platforms such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify suitable candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Screening & Coordination:
Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Job Posting & Promotion:
Draft and post job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms.
Actively promote open positions to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Recruitment Process Management:
Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain records of recruitment activities and create periodic reports.
Assist in the preparation of offer letters and on boarding documents.
