Job Description – Recruiter
Position: Recruiter
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
Job Description Preparation
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications based on hiring requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job roles and expectations.
Sourcing & Boolean Search
Use Boolean search techniques to identify and attract potential candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Leverage various sourcing tools and techniques to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Screening & Shortlisting
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Telephonic Assessment & Coordination
Conduct structured telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Job Posting & Candidate Engagement
Create and post job openings on multiple job portals and social media platforms.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates to maintain engagement.
Database Management & Documentation
Maintain and update candidate records in Excel and applicant tracking systems.
Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
Email & Communication Handling
Draft and send professional emails for candidate communication and coordination.
Ensure timely responses and follow-ups with shortlisted candidates.
Microsoft Office & Typing Skills
Utilize MS Word for documentation, offer letters, and other HR-related tasks.
Use Excel for maintaining recruitment databases, reports, and tracking sheets.
Maintain good typing speed for efficient documentation and email correspondence.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of job posting and sourcing techniques.
✔ Expertise in Boolean search and candidate screening.
✔ Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
✔ Ability to conduct telephonic assessments effectively.
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔ Good typing speed and attention to detail.
