Key Responsibilities:
· Talent Acquisition:
o Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the event management industry.
o Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
· Screening & Interviewing:
o Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
o Organize and conduct interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
o Provide feedback and recommendations for candidate selection.
· Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
o Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers.
· Candidate Experience:
o Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
o Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.
· Employer Branding:
o Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
o Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups.
· Data Management & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate pipelines.
o Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
