The Field Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and mobilization of manpower, primarily focusing on Housekeeping and Security personnel, to meet the urgent and ongoing demands of our clients. This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and highly networked individual with excellent communication skills in the local language and a proven ability to deliver under pressure. The Field Officer will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
• Manpower Sourcing (Housekeeping & Security - Primary Focus):
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified Housekeeping and Security staff through various channels, including direct recruitment, referrals, networking, local job fairs, and partnerships with community organizations.
• Maintain a robust database of readily available and potential candidates for Housekeeping and Security roles.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' suitability based on client requirements and company standards.
• Verify candidate credentials and ensure compliance with all necessary documentation.
• Manage the onboarding process for newly recruited staff, including documentation, induction, and deployment.
• Last-Minute/Urgent Requirement Fulfillment ("Firefighter" Role):
• Act as the primary point of contact for urgent manpower requests, demonstrating exceptional responsiveness and problem-solving skills.
• Leverage existing networks and quickly identify and mobilize suitable candidates to meet immediate client needs, often with short turnaround times.
• Maintain a proactive approach to anticipate potential last-minute requirements and have a pool of readily available candidates.
• Networking and Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, influencers, and potential candidate sources.
• Establish and nurture relationships with training centers, local organizations, and other relevant entities to tap into potential manpower pools.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry gatherings.
• Local Language Proficiency and Communication:
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language (Kannada).
• Effectively communicate with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Be able to negotiate terms and conditions with candidates and resolve any on-site issues effectively.
• New Business Development:
• Identify and explore potential new clients and business opportunities within the assigned geographical area.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitor activities.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
