Job Description
- Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
- Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
Understand hiring needs for blue-collar( Delivery Boys) roles across various departments.
Source candidates through job portals, field visits, references, tie-ups with local agencies, and social media.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with operational teams for scheduling and onboarding.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for quick deployment.
Ensure all documentation and background verification processes are completed.
Track and report recruitment metrics on a weekly/monthly basis.
Build partnerships with local training institutes, labor contractors, and NGOs for continuous sourcing.
