HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
