Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines.
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
