HR Recruiter

• Recruitment Management:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on Non-IT roles (80%), especially Sales profiles.

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews effectively to meet manpower requirements.

• Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain and update employee database and records in an organized and confidential manner.

• Exit Formalities:

  • Manage employee exit processes including documentation, final settlements, and conducting exit interviews.

Key Requirements:

• Must have proven experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to Sales hiring.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Only male candidates will be considered for this role.
