Position Overview

The HR Recruiter is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting candidates to interviewing and facilitating the hiring process. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates

• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals)

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members

• Conduct reference and background checks for potential hires

• Prepare job offers and facilitate the negotiation process

• Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems

• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and professional organizations

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR

• Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Experience with social media recruiting and other modern talent acquisition methods
