We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and other sourcing techniques to attract talent.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HR policies and best hiring practices.
