Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top technical talent using various channels such as job boards, social media,
professional networks, referrals, and more.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates through phone and inperson interviews to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and
provide suitable candidates that meet their requirements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other
stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement,
while adhering to timelines.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, ensuring quality and efficiency in the hiring
process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of various technical roles, skills, and terminologies to effectively assess and
match candidates.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and
stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skil
