About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our company's growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for a variety of positions. You will leverage your expertise in full-cycle recruitment to build strong relationships with hiring managers and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for a variety of roles.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Mentoring/Training: Mentor and train junior recruiters, sharing best practices and providing guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top talent.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
