HR Recruiter

Job Description:

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. (Also need to do field recruitment) A Field Recruiter is a recruiter who works on the ground, often visiting multiple locations (such as company branches, job fairs, campuses, or client sites) to find and hire candidates

• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

• Coordinate for and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references

• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.

• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

• Maintain records of all line ups and selections to share with key stake holders. 

Requirements and Skills

• Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role (in-house or staffing agency)

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.

• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
