Job Description
- Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
- Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions including real estate agents, property managers, sales executives, and support staff
Create and publish job postings across various platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements
Manage the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain compliance with real estate licensing requirements during recruitment
Organize job fairs and recruitment drives
Build talent pipeline for future requirements
Handle recruitment budget and metrics
Maintain recruitment database and applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of recruitment experience
Experience in real estate industry recruitment preferred
Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance
Create and publish job postings across various platforms
