🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and final selection.

✅ Bulk Hiring Expertise: Handle high-volume recruitment, ensuring timely fulfillment of multiple openings, especially for BPO voice & Tele callers

✅ Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Identify potential candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.

✅ Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct resume shortlisting, telephonic screening, and initial assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements.

✅ Job Postings & Database Management: Create engaging job postings and manage candidate databases to track application progress.

✅ Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring teams to understand role requirements and provide the right talent.

✅ Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

💡 What We’re Looking For

✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably with a BPO bulk hiring background.
✔ Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, hiring trends, and industry best practices.
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
✔ Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage high-volume hiring.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment tools.
✔ A  proactive and target-driven mindset to achieve hiring goals efficiently.
