Job Description

Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Key Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

✅ Managing job postings and maintaining candidate databases

✅ Coordinating with hiring managers for role requirements

✅ Handling basic admin tasks related to HR and recruitment

✅ Assisting in onboarding and documentation of new hires

✅ Experience in hiring for BPO roles, including voice processes

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (preferably with BPO bulk hiring experience)

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools
