Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR Role – e.g., HR Manager, HR Executive, HR Recruiter to manage HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.

• Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

• Experience with HR software (HRMS, ATS) is a plus.
