We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
