Role & Responsibilities:
1- Candidate should be good in English and Hindi Communication. Good in MS Office
2- Understanding and Analyzing the Requirements.
3-Gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate Submission & follow-up,
4- Sourcing Profiles.IT & Non IT Both
5- Candidate Interview Scheduling. & Sending an Email with detailed job description to the Candidate.
6- Uploading Candidates Resume & Details.in
7- Posting Job on Different Job Portals. & Social Media Site
8- Review own performance and aim at exceeding the targets.
9- Manage Hiring / day-to-day client relationships through calls and E-mail
10- Taking feedbacks and actively co-ordinate with client and the candidates.
11- Salary negotiation and finalization of date of joining with candidates as per client request.
12- Preparing MIS and updating record keeping.
