HR Recruiter

• Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and internal referrals.

  • Create compelling job postings and descriptions that accurately reflect the role and company culture.

  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to reach a wide pool of candidates.

• Candidate Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine candidate suitability and make hiring recommendations.

• Offer Management and Onboarding:

  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with successful candidates.

  • Prepare and manage offer letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company.

• Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Provide regular feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.

  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting for specific industries or technical roles.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

• Experience in building and managing a strong employer brand.
