HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and Attracting Candidates:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Using various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • Creating compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract suitable candidates.

• Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

  • Conducting initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.

• Interviewing and Selection:

  • Conducting in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Evaluating candidates based on pre-defined criteria and providing feedback to hiring managers.

  • Making recommendations for hiring decisions.

• Onboarding and Retention:

  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  • Working with HR and hiring managers to retain talent and address any concerns or issues.

• Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintaining accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.

  • Tracking key recruitment metrics and providing reports to HR and management.
