#### ••Key Responsibilities:••
- ••Talent Acquisition•• – Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- ••Sourcing & Screening•• – Identify and evaluate candidates using job portals, social media, and networking.
- ••Stakeholder Management•• – Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements.
- ••Interview Coordination•• – Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- ••Offer Management•• – Negotiate salary and close hiring within defined timelines.
- ••Database Management•• – Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
- ••Market Intelligence•• – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.

#### ••Key Requirements:••
- ••Experience:•• 1-5 years in recruitment, preferably in BFSI/NBFC hiring.
- ••Education:•• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- ••Skills:•• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- ••Tech-Savvy:•• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
