Job Description:

SRAM Learning Private Limited is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position, and the candidate must have a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection for efficient work.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Demonstrate strong leadership and presentation skills to represent the company confidently.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Maintain and enhance relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
Contribute to business development by assisting in the growth and expansion of the company’s services.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in HR functions and business development strategy with a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
Great presentation and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of business development strategies and techniques.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
