Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and social media.

• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.

• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
