What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you will:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and hire top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to find potential candidates.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure a smooth selection process.

• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.

• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records, track hiring metrics, and generate recruitment reports.

• Offer Management: Negotiate salaries, prepare offer letters, and ensure a seamless joining experience for new hires.
