Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Conduct background checks and reference checks.

• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

• Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

• Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates.

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations and educational institutions.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.

• Hiring Manager Collaboration:

• Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.

• Compliance and Administration:

• Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and metrics.

• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

• Industry Knowledge:

• Develop a strong understanding of the facility management industry and its various roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
