Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain HR databases and employee records
Support onboarding and induction activities
Coordinate internal HR communications
Assist in organizing HR events and activities
Help with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR functions
