Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (2 years) as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environment.
Familiarity with conducting virtual interviews and using video conferencing tools.
Certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) is a plus.
