We are looking for a hardcore Talent Sourcer with a strong track record in domestic hiring for Sales and Collections roles. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with intensive cold calling, aggressive follow-ups, and working under tight deadlines. This is a high-pressure role suited for someone who thrives in a target-driven hiring environment.
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, databases, etc.)
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Schedule and follow up on interviews with both candidates and internal teams
Conduct initial screenings to assess communication skills, experience, and fit
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and tracker reports
Deliver within defined TAT and hiring targets, especially in volume or urgent hiring environments
