Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
